Daniel S. Perlman has committed his entire legal career to helping families who have children with special needs. He previously served as the case law attorney for Massachusetts Advocates for Children (MAC), one of the first educational advocacy organizations for children in the nation. Since then, he has represented and counseled families of children with special needs from across the state. The ‘BEYOND BASIC RIGHTS’ workshop will provide more specific and detailed information than the traditional Basic Rights workshop.
